Shelley C. Wagner
President, Bridgeport Consulting

Shelley C. Wagner is a results-oriented leader utilizing business acumen, change management and professional coaching to deliver measurable business results. She is successful in the transition of organization and technology using a holistic approach to include business processes, systems/tools and people using communication and relationship-building skills.

Shelley received her bachelor's degree in financial management from Oregon State University in 1985 and joined Intel in 1988. She completed her MBA at Marylhurst College in 1991. She became a certified business coach from Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara in 2005, and accredited by the International Coaching Federation in March 2006. After leaving Intel in 2008, she joined Nike as the Supply Chain Development Director /Transition Management for the Nike Americas Region and Emerging Markets Geography. She is currently the Transition Management Director for Nike HR.

Wagner was co-chair for the Intel Women at Intel Network (WIN) which represents over 10 chapters Worldwide. She is the founder of the Joe Town Math/Science Scholarship and is a board member for H.L. Wagner and Sons since 1996. She previously served as Secretary to the Four Winds Foundation Board of Directors for two years and currently is the Board President for the Women's Center of Leadership Board.

Shelley's interests include continued personal and professional growth through a holistic approach. She is passionate about integrating people empowerment and business practices.
